European and International deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail International Standard (delivery up to 10 days) or through our nominated courier.
Expedited services can be purchased at the checkout as follows:
1) UK Next Day Working Day Delivery via courier - £6.50 Please note - this is only applicable for orders received before 12pm Monday to Thursday (i.e if order placed on a Friday, next working day delivery will be Monday). Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the following day. Next Day delivery for weekends and Bank Holidays is not available.
2) Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 Working Days) - £3.99 This service aims to deliver your parcel the next working day, upon dispatch from our warehouse.
3) Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (1-2 Working Days) - £4.99 This service aims to deliver your parcel the next working day, upon dispatch from our warehouse. With a signature required on delivery.

This service aims to deliver your parcel to Europe 3-5 working days / International 5-7 working days.

Whilst the Royal Mail accepts that packages do go astray, the number is very small (the Royal Mail state 0.08% as of June 2005*).

We hope you will enjoy our products but if you are not entirely satisfied or in the unlikely event that the product is damaged/faulty please contact us in the first instance at the following address: hugme@thehotwaterbottleshop.com. You have 30 days to return products or notify us of any faults. We will do our best to resolve any situation by either replacing the product or refunding the cost of the product.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have from purchase up to 14 days from receipt of your goods to cancel your order. If you would like to cancel your order please notify us either by calling 01509 239307 or emailing us at huge@thehotwaterbottleshop.com. Where you have received the goods you have up to 14 days from notice of cancellation to return goods to us in a saleable condition.
REFUNDS POLICY
Refunds for returned or cancelled orders can take up to 14 working days from receipt of the item. We will notify you once a refund has been made.
We regret that postage & packaging are direct costs and cannot be refunded in all circumstances. If the return is required as a result of our error, we will happily refund both the outbound & the return postage charges. In all other circumstances postage is a customer cost and it is recommended a proof of postage certificate is obtained. No refunds will be made for items returned, but not received by us if no proof of posting was obtained. In all other circumstances, the cost of return postage and the original postage charge are both non-refundable.
