LATEST RECOMMENDED POST DATES FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY 2021
We use Royal Mail as our preferred service provider. Please see their guidelines on last posting dates here.
Royal Mail are currently experiencing high volumes of post with their priority being to deliver lateral flow test kits. They are also severely short staffed and as a result, please be aware that we CANNOT guarantee a 1-2 day delivery service as stated by Royal Mail.
If you want to guarantee a next day delivery at this time please choose our next day delivery option.
CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR CLOSURE
After another tough 12 months our teams will be having a well deserved rest over Christmas and New Year. We will be closing for Christmas on Wednesday 22nd December therefore any orders received after 2pm on this date will be sent out From Wednesday 5th January 2022.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Standard Parcels. We do not build a ‘Delivery Allowance’ into the price of our products and endeavour to keep handling, packing and postage costs down to a minimum.
European and International deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail International Standard (delivery up to 10 days) or through our nominated courier.
Expedited services can be purchased at the checkout as follows:
ADDITIONAL UK DELIVERY OPTIONS:
1) UK Next Day Working Day Delivery via courier - £6.50 Please note - this is only applicable for orders received before 12pm Monday to Thursday (i.e if order placed on a Friday, next working day delivery will be Monday). Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the following day. Next Day delivery for weekends and Bank Holidays is not available.
2) Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 Working Days) - £3.99 This service aims to deliver your parcel the next working day, upon dispatch from our warehouse.
3) Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (1-2 Working Days) - £4.99 This service aims to deliver your parcel the next working day, upon dispatch from our warehouse. With a signature required on delivery.
ADDITIONAL EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS:
1) Royal Mail Airmail International Tracked from 12.99
This service aims to deliver your parcel to Europe 3-5 working days / International 5-7 working days.

DISPATCH TIMES
Most orders received are dispatched within 1-3 working days, subject to stock availability and cleared funds. We will endeavour to keep you informed of anticipated dispatch dates if any delays do occur.

When sending goods across international borders, goods maybe subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country.
For customers purchasing from our website for delivery internationally (outside the UK and EU) please be aware that the customs charges for products bought may be levied by your local government.
You’ll be contacted by your local courier or postal service company explaining how to pay any duties and taxes for dealing with customs.
As duties and tax charges are not assessed until the shipment enters the destination country, therefore we cannot be held responsible for these additional charges as they are directly attributable to you as the importer of the goods.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY DELIVERY TO ARRIVE?
Orders are delivered by the most appropriate method, usually via Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcels. Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, orders are usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days of the dispatch date. We cannot guarantee delivery on a particular day. We cannot take responsibility for any delays in delivery by Royal Mail outside of our control including industrial action and subsequent disruption to the service. Whilst the Royal Mail accepts that packages do go astray, the number is very small (the Royal Mail state 0.08% as of June 2005*).
For orders to Europe and Worldwide parcels are sent by Royal Mail International Standard service. This standard service is not tracked. You can opt for a tracked service at the checkout. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Yes. We do offer expedited delivery options and you can purchase these at the checkout.
