So you've chosen your new puppy and you're heading for home. You're probably very excited and have everything ready for your new arrival, but for the puppy this time can be very stressful. It's more than likely that this is the first time your puppy has been away from familiar surroundings, sites and smells.
Until your puppy settles in their new surrounding they may cry at night. This can be heart breaking, but you can help them feel more comfortable by placing a warm hot water bottle in their bed, along with some pet safe cuddly toys for company. This will mimic the environment your puppy was in when they were with their litter and help them to relax.
